Is my Microlight jacket waterproof?
Simply put, no it isn’t. The Microlight is designed to be used by alpine climbers where they will need a lightweight, packable jacket with protection against the wind and snow. Adding a waterproof membrane to the item would make it too bulky and heavy for most lightweight alpine ascents.
